Safety
Master Tier Gaming is covered with public liability insurance.
Master Tier Gaming reserves the right to modify or terminate sessions in the interest of the safety of the Game Master or clients of Master Tier Gaming. If an individual is asked to leave a session due to behaviour or safety concerns, that client's fees remain payable to Master Tier Gaming.
Anyone under the age of 18 remains the responsibility of their parent or guardian during sessions. This includes the parent or guardian providing any supervision that they deem appropriate. Master Tier Gaming takes no responsibility of the health or wellbeing of any minors participating in their games.
PAYMENT
Invoices are generated for the forthcoming month and payments are due on the first of each month. Failure to pay on time can result in future gaming being suspended until the balance is cleared or a payment plan is agreed.
Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel a session, notice must be given in writing via email or direct message (Thus date- and time-stamping it).
Failure to attend games while providing less than 48 hours notice before the date of the session will result in the full payment being due. If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of your session, we can refund your deposit or credit this charge against future games.
If a session is cancelled by Master Tier Gaming you will be refunded or credited in full regardless of notice given.
